WELCOME TO YOUR HAIR JOURNEY
Your hair tells the truth your body cannot hide. This journal is the companion to Healthy Happy Hair — a quiet, honest place to notice what your hair and scalp are telling you, and to follow your progress from the roots.
How to use this journal
01 Begin with a baseline — capture how your hair feels and looks today, before you change anything.
02 Log wash days, scalp signals, nutrition and mind–body notes as you go. Small, regular entries beat perfect ones.
03 Review weekly and monthly to spot patterns — what nourishes your hair, and what depletes it.

My intention for this journey
“Not a product pitch. Not a miracle promise — the missing link between how you feel inside and what shows up on your scalp.”

NERVOUS SYSTEM & HAIR SIGNALS
Your nervous system governs everything — including your hair follicles. Chronic stress diverts blood flow away from the scalp, disrupts hormones, and can push follicles into early shedding. Learning to read your body’s signals is one of the most powerful things you can do for your hair.
COMMON STRESS-HAIR SIGNALS TO WATCH
Increased shedding
Scalp tightness
Sudden dryness
Itching / tingling
Slower growth
Brittle strands
Greying shifts
Oilier scalp
Edges thinning
SIGNALS I PERSONALLY NOTICE WHEN STRESSED
NERVOUS SYSTEM RESETS THAT HELP MY HAIR
Scalp massage
Deep breathing
Walking / movement
Adequate sleep
Reducing caffeine
Warm baths
Journaling
Limiting screens

SCALP CARE GUIDE
A healthy scalp is the foundation of healthy hair. Think of it as the soil — what you grow depends entirely on how well you tend to the ground.
SCALP CARE ESSENTIALS
Cleanse regularly — remove product build-up, sebum and debris that block follicles.
Massage weekly — increases blood circulation to follicles. Even 3 minutes matters.
Hydrate from within — a dry scalp often reflects dehydration before it reflects product needs.
Protect your edges — avoid tight styles, friction and harsh chemicals around the hairline.
Feed your follicles — iron, zinc, biotin and omega-3 directly support scalp health.
